A Passionate Teacher
Welcome to String Along! I'm the face behind the violin. My name is Lily Cooper. I am married to the love of my life, Kevin, and we welcomed our beautiful little bundle of joy, Liam, into the world on June 5, 2020. My entire life, I have always known I wanted to use my life to serve and encourage others. I've been playing violin for almost 10 years now and still love it just as much as I did when I decided I wanted to play. Over these past 10 years, I have discovered a love and a passion for music and for the violin itself. My mission as a teacher is to help cultivate that same passion and drive that I have in you! Nothing makes me happier than seeing a little ones eyes light up when they realized they made progress or played a song that they recognized!

August 2018 - May 2019
Concert Master
During my senior year, 2018-19 I worked with the Baldwin County Youth Orchestra as their Concert Master. This was such a privilege and an honor.
April 2019 - August 2019
Blues Angel Music
I had the privilege of teaching for the largest music store in our area during this time, Blues Angel Music Store in Spanish Fort.

Bay Music
I currently teach for Bay Music in Fairhope, as well as teaching in home lessons at my home in Robertsdale

Baldwin County Youth Orchestra
Most of my experience came from the Baldwin County Youth Orchestra. I loved being apart of many different parts of this group and learning so much and giving me so much of the experience I have.

I have been teaching private lessons for 3 years now from my home. This is my favorite place to teach!
